ServiceNow Workflow & API Automation

I need to streamline our ServiceNow instance so that approvals, tickets, and requests run hands-free. The first milestone is a self-service password-delivery flow: once a user’s request meets our policy rules, ServiceNow should generate a secure password and send it to the requester automatically—no manual steps, no lag.

To build this you’ll draw on IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs, wiring ServiceNow to any downstream system the flow requires. Clean scripting, clear documentation, and upgrade-safe update sets are non-negotiable.

Deliverables
• A scoped app or flow that detects an eligible request, runs the necessary approval logic, creates the password, and communicates it to the user.
• All integrations configured and tested in our sub-prod instance.
• A concise runbook and update sets ready for production deployment.

Acceptance criteria: a test user receives the correct password within our agreed SLA and the audit trail shows each automated step.
