I need an interviewer with advanced, hands-on mastery of ServiceNow who can run a purely technical screening for prospective hires. The conversation must probe deep into real-world use of the platform across the three key modules we rely on every day:

• IT Service Management
• IT Operations Management
• IT Business Management

You will design the questions, conduct the live video or phone session, and give me a concise written assessment highlighting each candidate’s strengths, gaps, and overall recommendation. Please include practical scenario-based questions that reveal configuration, integration, and troubleshooting skills rather than basic theory.
