ServiceNow SPM Implementation

This project is a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementation designed to replace the organization's existing Service Catalog and Request/RITM-based intake with a structured pipeline for Idea, Demand, and Project Management. The implementation establishes a formal workflow that captures raw business ideas, processes them through a rigorous Demand phase with budget capture and automated multi-level approvals, and converts them into Projects for execution. It also integrates Financial and Cost Management to track actual costs against planned budgets, and includes purpose-built UI dashboards to provide full visibility from initial investment planning to realized benefits.
