ServiceNow ITOM Specialist Support

I am in the middle of expanding our ServiceNow ITOM footprint and need someone who can step in immediately with solid, hands-on knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Dashboard creation. Our instance is already live; what I require is practical configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting so the data that flows into the CMDB is clean, the service maps stay current, and the dashboards tell a clear operational story to leadership.

You will work directly inside our ServiceNow instance, fine-tuning MID Server connectivity, adjusting credentials, defining patterns for both horizontal and top-down discovery, and then translating the results into dynamic Performance Analytics and workspace-style dashboards. The role is scoped for an intermediate practitioner—deep enough to own each task end-to-end, but collaborative enough to discuss options and iterate quickly with me.

Deliverables I need to see:
• CMDB populated with at-least-95 % confidence data from automated Discovery
• End-to-end service maps for our tier-1 customer-facing applications, validated by application owners
• Two executive dashboards (one operational, one trend/health) that pull live KPIs straight from the CMDB and event data

Acceptance criteria will be sign-off after live demo in our instance, XML export or update-set for every configuration item, and concise hand-off notes so we can maintain what you build.
