ServiceNow Business Engagement Timeline Slide

I need a single, polished PowerPoint summary slide that sets out the business-side engagement plan for our upcoming ServiceNow deployment, before the system integrator formally joins the project. The slide must visualise a clear linear timeline that highlights:

• The three key pre-initiation workshops we have prioritised:
– Project Mobilisation & Governance
– Current State Process Review
– Solution Overview & Roadmap Alignment

• The expected number of artefacts coming out of each workshop (please call these out directly on the timeline so stakeholders can see at a glance what they will receive and when).

I am not looking to plot resource/SME allocations on the timeline, only the workshops and their artefacts. Use a clean, corporate style that will drop straight into an executive deck; colour-coding or simple icons to differentiate the workshops from their deliverables is welcome as long as it remains uncluttered.

Deliverable: an editable .pptx slide (no PDFs or screenshots) that I can tweak if dates shift.

Acceptance criteria: the graphic must be a linear timeline, show the three named workshops in chronological order with projected dates, and visibly link each to its artefact count.
