Serious Personal Video Finishing

I have already shot a personal video and now need it taken across the finish line. The footage is assembled but still feels rough at the seams, so I’m looking for a skilled editor who can give it a cohesive, polished flow with well-placed transitions.

The final piece must keep a serious tone—no flashy gimmicks or comedy cuts—just clean, purposeful movement from scene to scene that supports the message. I will supply the raw clips and a rough cut outline; you weave in professional-grade transitions, fine-tune pacing, and deliver a high-resolution master file ready for private screening and archival.

If you work in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve and have examples of similarly serious projects, I’d love to see them. Turnaround is flexible but I’d prefer first proofs within a week so we can lock picture quickly.
