We are looking for a reliable and professional Serbian-speaking Call Center / Appointment Setter for a long-term remote cooperation with a tax advisory firm.
The main responsibility is to contact potential clients by phone, understand their basic needs, qualify the lead and schedule a consultation with the tax advisor.
The assistant will NOT provide tax advice. We will provide a clear call script, qualification questions and procedures to follow.
Main responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Speak professionally and naturally in Serbian
Ask predefined questions to understand the client's situation
Identify whether the client needs a one-time consultation, detailed tax analysis or long-term tax advisory
Qualify potential clients according to our criteria
Schedule consultations in our calendar, Confirm appointments, and follow up with clients
Record call results and client information in Google Sheets/CRM
Inform us immediately about urgent cases or important deadlines
The ideal candidate:
Native or fluent Serbian speaker
Excellent and professional telephone communication
Previous call center, appointment setting, customer service or sales experience
Good listening and communication skills
Reliable, organized and responsible
Comfortable following a predefined script and procedures
Basic computer skills
Experience with CRM, Google Calendar or Google Sheets is an advantage
Important:
The candidate must understand that this is NOT a tax advisory position. The assistant must never give independent tax advice, make tax conclusions or promise results to clients.
We are looking for someone interested in long-term cooperation. We will initially start with a small paid trial to evaluate communication skills, call quality and ability to follow our qualification process.
Please include your previous relevant experience, hourly rate, availability and a 30–60 second Serbian voice recording introducing yourself as if you were calling a potential client for the first time.
