My verified Google Business Profile for my brand has been wrongly merged into a diffrent GMB profile” an unrelated company. I need the two listings fully separated so that my original profile, along with every customer review, appears once again under RK Enterprises alone.
Here is where the situation stands:
• I already opened a ticket with Google Support, supplied screenshots, and filled their appeal form, yet weeks later there is still no resolution.
• I can provide solid evidence that we are distinct businesses—current business licences, utility bills and tax documents are ready to upload immediately.
What I’m looking for from you
1. A clear action plan to convince Google to reverse the merge, reinstate RK Enterprises as its own profile and restore all historic reviews.
2. Direct handling of the escalation process (telephone, GBP chat, Twitter/X, BBB, legal support channel—whatever actually works).
3. Regular progress updates so I can keep my management informed.
Acceptance criteria
• A live, searchable Google Business Profile for my brand that is no longer linked in any way to “other brand”
• Our original review count, content and star rating visible on the restored listing.
• Proof-of-separation screenshot and confirmation email from Google.
