Sep 1- Figma + Microsoft Word Expert Needed to Create Professional Contract Designs and Fully Editable Word Templates and INVOICES
We are looking for ONE highly experienced designer who is excellent in BOTH Figma and advanced Microsoft Word document production.
This is not a simple graphic design project and it is not simply a PDF/Figma-to-Word conversion project.
We need someone who can take our existing document content and approved visual direction, create/refine the professional designs in Figma, and then build fully editable, stable Microsoft Word templates (.docx) that accurately reproduce those designs.
The final result must look professional and institutional in both Figma and Microsoft Word.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
We previously worked with a designer who was good at visual design but was not able to produce a properly editable and stable Word version.
We are therefore specifically looking for someone who is genuinely expert in BOTH:
Figma document design
Advanced Microsoft Word document/template construction
You must be comfortable working with complex multi-page agreements, tables, headers/footers, page numbering, editable fields, checkboxes, signatures, pagination, spacing, and professional document templates.
A candidate who is only a graphic designer is not suitable.
A candidate who is only a basic Microsoft Word formatter is also not suitable.
We need one person who understands both sides of the process.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
We have existing company's document content and visual mockups.
The project is to create a professional document system following this workflow:
Existing document content + approved visual mockups
↓
Professional Figma master designs
↓
Fully editable Microsoft Word templates
↓
PDF exported from Word
↓
Testing and final corrections
The Figma designs will establish the visual appearance and design system.
The Word documents must then reproduce that design as closely as reasonably possible while remaining genuinely editable and stable.
