Dates: 17–23 September 2026
Hours:Approximately 8 hours per day
Location: Seoul

We are looking for ONE person who can accompany us throughout the trip.
The role will include:
• Accompanying us to cosmetics wholesalers, distributors, warehouses and business meetings around Seoul
• Korean ↔ English interpretation during meetings and negotiations
• Calling Korean suppliers and wholesalers on our behalf, Identifying wholesale markets where we can buy goods from, in unit quantities rather than Cartons

• Potentially helping communicate with suppliers after we return to Australia
This is not a tourist-guide position.
We are specifically looking for someone comfortable in a commercial/business environment. Experience with cosmetics, K-beauty, wholesale purchasing, sourcing, import/export, procurement or Korean business negotiations would be highly desirable.
We are an Australian retailer establishing long-term supply relationships in South Korea, so there may also be an opportunity for ongoing paid work as our Korean representative/sourcing assistant after this trip.
Important: Please disclose whether you receive any commissions, referral fees or other compensation from suppliers, wholesalers or businesses you recommend.
When applying, please provide:
1. Your daily rate for approximately 8 hours

5. Any experience with cosmetics/K-beauty
6. Whether you can make calls and arrange appointments with suppliers before our arrival
7. Whether you are comfortable negotiating with Korean wholesalers on our behalf
Please also briefly explain why you would be suitable for this assignment.
