What I need first is a crystal-clear, step-by-step checklist that shows exactly what must be done, in what order, and with which tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs).

Once the roadmap is agreed, I want you to carry out—or actively guide me through—the actions on that list so nothing stalls. That includes writing or refining meta data, improving Core Web Vitals, tightening internal linking, building quality backlinks, and structuring content for featured snippets and answer boxes.

To keep us both accountable, I’d like weekly progress notes and a concise ranking report pulled straight from Google. If something needs my input (such as approvals or platform access), call it out early so we stay on schedule.
