SEO Specialist for Sales Growth

I am opening a store on Shopify (and potentially elsewhere) and would like a digital partnership to increase visibility, sales, and store design.
I am a digital artist who draws highly detailed caricature style designs that can be used for many different products. I currently have 30+ designs all ready to be used but would like to work with someone to improve the store layout, SEO, marketing, and potentially item composition.
Because of this, I would like to offer an initial fixed rate with the opportunity for commission based bonuses dependent on the sales outcome.
I do not like to work with AI and will need to be communicated with on any and all application of AI to see if it is strictly necessary.
I am looking for someone with great communication ( I would like to be updated on all aspects of the job), initiative (for more potential), and interest in an ongoing working relationship with a strong emphasis on the sales side of the business. I am open to suggestions for the right candidate.
