I’m giving my corporate-events website a complete content overhaul and need every word to be written with search performance—and a board-room audience—in mind. The copy must read smoothly to event planners, procurement teams and C-suite decision-makers while satisfying current on-page SEO best practices (keyword research, strategic placement, meta data and internal-link prompts).

Scope
The site structure is already set; what’s missing is polished, professional copy. I need fresh content for the key pages (Home, Services, About, Contact) along with a handful of pillar-style blog articles that showcase authority in areas such as conference planning, incentive travel and hybrid meeting technology. Each piece should include an SEO title, meta description and H-tag hierarchy ready for my developer to drop straight into the CMS.

Deliverables
• Keyword list with search intent notes
• 4 core-page drafts (approx. 400–600 words each)
• 3 long-form blog posts (1,000+ words, evergreen style)
• Optimised meta titles & descriptions for every page/post
• Brief internal-link map identifying anchor text opportunities

Acceptance Criteria
Content must score at least 80 on an SEO readability tool (e.g., Yoast or Surfer) and pass Copyscape. Tone should remain consistently professional—no fluff, no jargon overload.

When you reply, include links or attachments to past work that best demonstrates corporate-facing SEO content; those samples will weigh heavily in my decision.
