I am searching for a senior-level HR professional who can take complete ownership of talent acquisition for my organisation. You must bring hands-on experience recruiting within the fashion space and be able to shape strategy while executing every step of the hiring funnel.
From defining role requirements through to day-one onboarding, you will:
• apply expert interviewing skills that uncover both technical fit and brand alignment
• drive proactive talent sourcing to keep a healthy, diverse pipeline flowing
• deliver a structured onboarding process that helps new hires become productive quickly
You will partner closely with me on workforce planning, build and maintain an ATS pipeline, coordinate assessments, extend offers, and track metrics such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire. If your background includes fashion industry insight and a proven record leading end-to-end recruitment, tell me how you would structure the hiring roadmap and the results I can expect.
