Senior ServiceNow-Azure Integration Expert

I’m looking for a seasoned ServiceNow professional (5+ years in-platform) who can take full ownership of our instance. Your core focus will be threefold: creating robust custom applications, integrating ServiceNow with our surrounding systems, and continuously tuning existing workflows for speed and reliability.

Day-to-day you’ll work in VS Code using the ServiceNow Extension for a modern dev cycle, push changes through Git and Azure DevOps pipelines, and document everything clearly in-platform. REST/SOAP integrations, scripted flows, and UI Builder work will pop up regularly, so deep comfort with JavaScript, scoped apps, Update Sets, and Claude is essential.

Deliverables
• At least one fully-packaged Scoped App ready for update-set promotion
• A bi-directional integration built and tested via Azure DevOps pipeline
• Optimised workflow(s) with measurable performance gains and clear run-book documentation
