Our technology pod is midway through a high-visibility product build and needs an experienced Scrum Master to keep delivery on track. With 8–10 years of hands-on agile leadership behind you, you’ll step in immediately to run every ceremony, shield the team from blockers, and keep stakeholders fully informed.

Day-to-day you will:
• Plan and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain and surface a living RAID log, anticipating issues before they hurt velocity
• Coordinate cross-squad dependencies, negotiating scope or timing where needed
• Produce clear, data-driven reports—burn-down, velocity trends, release progress—for leadership and product owners
• Coach developers, QA, and product on agile best practices so we keep improving every iteration
