About the Role
We are looking for a Senior React Developer to join an international delivery team supporting a growing technology platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, front-end architecture, and the delivery of scalable, accessible, and production-ready applications.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of front-end components from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization, while establishing engineering best practices and mentoring other developers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive React applications and reusable component libraries using TypeScript.
Apply modern React practices, including functional components, hooks, state management, and modular architecture.
Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and Microsoft services using secure authentication and authorization.
Implement automated unit, component, and end-to-end tests.
Support CI/CD pipelines and quality gates using Azure DevOps.
Optimize applications for accessibility, performance, browser compatibility, security, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews, address technical debt, and establish front-end engineering standards.
Collaborate with UX designers, architects, backend developers, and business stakeholders.
Document technical decisions and transfer knowledge to internal developers.
Requirements
7+ years of software development experience, including substantial recent hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
Proven ownership of production React applications and scalable front-end architecture.
Strong understanding of component design, state management, REST API integration, and asynchronous programming.
Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and front-end build tools.
Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, performance optimization, and secure web development.
Professional English communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform, particularly PCF controls.
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, or API Management.
Experience with design systems, UI libraries, application telemetry, and structured software testing.
