Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.

We're building a different kind of system, in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.

What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.

About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our B2B division and work on the experience our business partners go through from their very first step with us.

The B2B Lifecycle team owns partner onboarding and activation. In practice, that means taking a new partner by the hand and guiding them through a clear, seamless flow: submitting all the required documents, getting them reviewed and approved, and then activating the financial products they need, explained in plain, human language, so partners actually understand what they're getting and how to use it to the fullest. Beyond that, partners manage their own organizational structure inside the product, teams, roles, and access, and that experience is ours to design too.

It's a domain full of complexity: legal requirements, verification logic, multi-step approvals, product configuration. Your job is to make all of it feel simple.

What you will be doing

Design end-to-end onboarding and activation flows for business partners, from first entry to a fully activated, active account

Turn a document-heavy, regulated process into a clear, guided experience with transparent statuses, meaningful feedback, and no dead ends

Design the activation experience for our financial products, helping partners understand what's available to them, why it matters, and how to get value from it

Design tools that let partners manage their own structure inside the product, organizations, teams, roles, and permissions

Work closely with your Product Manager to understand business requirements, unpack the underlying problems, and translate them into design solutions that serve both business goals and partner needs

Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate assumptions with real partners, and with a UX Writer to make complex, formal content genuinely readable

Partner with engineering throughout delivery and own the quality of what ships to production

What you will need

5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on complex, logic-heavy products

Strong systems thinking: you're comfortable with multi-step flows, edge cases, states, and rules, and you enjoy bringing order to them

Ability to simplify: you can take a dense, formal, regulated process and turn it into something a person can move through without help

Strong product thinking, you understand business context and partner needs equally well

A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, from problem framing to polished, production-ready UI

Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers

High craft standards and real care for what reaches users

You know how to optimize your workflow with AI tools and use them to work faster and

Nice to have

Experience with B2B, SaaS, admin panels, or other professional-user products

Experience with fintech, KYC/verification flows, or other regulated domains

Experience designing roles, permissions, and multi-user account structures

Experience contributing to or working within a design system
