Content editing + investor decks + professional business documents | Multiple projects
Fintech • Cybersecurity • SaaS • Software • Technology
Freelance / Remote / Project-based | Start immediately | Multiple projects
About the Project
We are a technology company developing products and services across Fintech, Digital Payments, SaaS, Software and Cybersecurity / Digital Trust.
We are preparing several professional presentations and business documents for investors, banks, financial institutions, strategic partners, advisors and corporate customers.
We already have substantial business content, scripts and concepts prepared. We are looking for a senior freelancer who can understand this material, improve and condense it where necessary, and transform it into clear, professional and visually compelling communication.
This is not simply a PowerPoint design job. We are looking for someone who combines:
Content editing + business communication + presentation design + professional document design.
Our Three Core Responsibilities
1. Content Editing & Condensation
Our content has gone through multiple versions and iterations.
You may receive V1, V2, V3 or later versions and need to help consolidate them into a concise final edition.
You should be able to:
Correct English and improve wording
Remove repetition and unnecessary content
Strengthen headlines and key messages
Condense long explanations
Convert paragraphs into concise bullets
Identify what is essential versus secondary
Suggest what should be removed or moved to supporting documents
Preserve the intended business meaning
We provide the underlying business substance and strategic direction. You are not expected to develop our business strategy from scratch.
We need someone who can turn complex material into clear executive communication.
2. Presentation & Pitch Deck Design
We need different presentation formats, including:
Projector / Live Presentations
Highly visual
Concise
Easy to understand from a distance
Strong visual storytelling
PDF Pitch Decks
Suitable for investors, banks, partners and advisors
More detailed than a projector deck
Still concise, structured and highly visual
Designed to work even without a presenter
Potential projects include:
Investor / pitch decks
Company presentations
Product & solution presentations
Fintech presentations
Cybersecurity / Digital Trust presentations
Bank / partner presentations
Corporate capability decks
Customer / sales presentations
3. Professional Word & PDF Business Documents
We also require professionally designed business documents, including potentially:
Company profiles
Executive summaries
Business proposals
Product & solution documents
Service descriptions
Partner / bank information packages
Strategic / corporate documents
These should look like professional corporate documents, not simply PowerPoint slides exported to PDF.
One Source – Multiple Outputs
A key part of the project is adapting the same underlying information into different formats:
Master Business Content → Projector Presentation → PDF Pitch Deck → Detailed Word / PDF Document
The information may be similar, but the amount of text, structure, visual density and storytelling must change according to the format and audience.
Visual Communication Philosophy
We prefer information-driven visual communication over decorative design.
We do not want presentations dominated by generic stock photography simply to make slides attractive.
Where appropriate, we prefer:
Charts and data visualizations
Tables and comparison matrices
Timelines and Gantt charts
Roadmaps and milestones
Process / workflow diagrams
Product or system architecture diagrams
Frameworks and strategic models
Infographics
Icons and simple illustrations
Key numbers and metrics
Clean visual hierarchies
Stock photography can be used selectively when it genuinely supports the message, but it should not dominate the presentation.
Visuals should explain, clarify or strengthen the message — not merely decorate it.
We particularly value designers who know when not to use an image and can turn information itself into a meaningful visual.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a senior-level freelancer, not a junior graphic designer.
Relevant experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
Fintech / Financial Services
Banking / Payments
Cybersecurity
SaaS
Software / Technology
B2B platforms
Startups / Scale-ups
Investor presentations
Corporate presentations
You do not need experience in every industry listed above. What matters most is your ability to understand complex business and technology concepts and translate them into clear, concise executive communication.
Required Skills
Essential:
Excellent presentation design
Advanced PowerPoint and/or Keynote
Strong visual storytelling
Excellent typography and layout
Professional Word / PDF document design
Strong English writing and editing
Ability to condense complex information
Charts, diagrams, infographics and data visualization
Strong attention to detail
Fast turnaround and reliable communication
Ability to work independently
Useful: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign, data visualization and financial/technology presentation experience.
What We Are NOT Looking For
Please do not apply if your experience is primarily:
Social media graphics
Marketing banners
Logo design
Generic PowerPoint formatting
Template customization
Basic Canva presentations
We need someone who can think about the content and communication, not simply make slides look attractive.
What We Need From You
Please provide:
Your portfolio
2–3 examples of your strongest pitch decks / presentations
Examples of professional business documents, if available
Relevant work involving Fintech, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Software, Technology or other complex business environments
A short description of your role in the examples provided
Your preferred design tools
Typical turnaround for a 10–15 slide presentation
Your current weekly availability
Your pricing model: per slide, per presentation, project-based or hourly
An indicative price for a typical 10–15 slide presentation, including reasonable revisions
We are more interested in quality, reliability and overall value than the lowest price.
Please only submit work that you personally designed or substantially contributed to.
We particularly want to see information-driven design using charts, tables, diagrams, timelines, roadmaps, frameworks or similar visual storytelling — not only image-based slides.
Final Deliverables
Editable source files are required for all final deliverables.
Final delivery must include fully editable PowerPoint/Keynote and Word files where applicable. Charts, diagrams, tables and other important design elements should remain editable and should not be delivered only as flattened images.
PDF versions will also be required where applicable.
Selection Process
We will first review portfolios and previous work.
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a small paid sample assignment using our actual business material.
Where appropriate, we may provide the same source content and ask you to demonstrate how you would communicate it differently for a live/projector presentation versus a PDF pitch deck.
We are evaluating:
Content understanding
Ability to simplify
Editorial judgment
Visual storytelling
Design quality
Attention to detail
Speed and communication
Confidentiality
Due to the nature of the project, confidentiality is important. The selected freelancer may be required to sign an NDA before receiving sensitive business, financial, product or technology information.
Multiple Projects / Long-Term Opportunity
We have several presentations and business documents to prepare in a relatively short period.
The first assignment will be used to evaluate the working relationship.
If the quality, communication and turnaround are right, there is potential for multiple additional projects and ongoing freelance work.
We prefer to build a relationship with one excellent senior freelancer who can become our primary presentation and business-communications designer.
We are ready to start immediately.
