We are seeking a Senior Platform & DevOps Engineer to support a strategic initiative focused on reducing technical debt, increasing automation, and standardizing enterprise integration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for EIP solutions, MFT/MOVEit, Informatica, and MDM Hub
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible or similar technologies
Support administration, deployment, and operational activities across integration platforms
Contribute to the implementation of a unified Support 2.0 operating model
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to improve deployment and operational processes
Support ITSM and ServiceNow process design and optimization
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Middleware Engineering
Strong experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline design for middleware platforms
Hands-on experience with Ansible or equivalent automation frameworks
Experience with MFT/MOVEit administration and deployment
Experience with Informatica and MDM Hub administration and deployment
Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow
Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
Excellent English communication skills
Nice to Have
Managed File Transfer (MFT) security practices.
Experience standardizing support models across multiple platform
