Job Title: Senior Performance Engineer (Part-Time, Long-Term) – 2 Hours Daily (7 AM - 9 AM IST)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Testing & Engineering Specialist for a long-term project. This is a part-time position requiring 2 hours of daily support during fixed morning hours: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM IST.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in performance engineering, with deep expertise in modern monitoring, cloud infrastructure, and load testing toolsets.Fixed Budget & ScheduleHours: 2 hours per day (Strictly between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM IST)Duration: Long-term project Weekly Budget: $60USD / week (Fixed)Required Technical StackYou must have hands-on, production-level experience with the following technologies:Load Testing: LoadRunner Cloud (LRC), DevWeb, and LT Reporting APIMonitoring & Observability: Datadog, Grafana, SplunkAnalytics & Reporting: Power BICI/CD & DevOps: Azure DevOps, Git / Source Control RepositoriesCloud & Infrastructure: Azure, Kubernetes (K8s)Utilities: Environment Differentiation Tools (Env Diff Tool), CK MockKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, script, and execute performance tests using LoadRunner Cloud and DevWeb.Analyze system performance, bottlenecks, and infrastructure health using Datadog, Grafana, and Splunk.Generate and automate performance reports using Power BI and LT Reporting API.Collaborate within Azure DevOps pipelines and manage code via Git.Simulate and mock services using CK Mock and manage environment configurations.RequirementsMinimum 8 years of dedicated experience in Performance Testing/Engineering.Ability to strictly adhere to the 7 AM - 9 AM IST schedule.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.If you meet the experience criteria and the budget/timings align with your availability, please apply with your resume and a brief summary of your experience with LRC and DevWeb.
