Senior PEGA Architect

This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Senior PEGA Architect for a potential technology architecture assessment and transformation engagement in Saudi Arabia. The PEGA Architect will be responsible for reviewing an existing PEGA environment, understanding business requirements and evaluating the current application architecture. The objective is to identify architectural gaps, technical limitations, opportunities for optimisation and potential improvements to the overall solution. The consultant will also be expected to propose a target architecture and prepare recommendations for implementation and transformation. This is an architecture and consulting role requiring both strong technical architecture knowledge and the ability to communicate recommendations to business and technology stakeholders. Responsibilities
Analyse existing business requirements and review the current PEGA solution architecture.

Assess application design, integrations, data architecture and infrastructure.

Identify architectural gaps, technical limitations and opportunities to optimise the existing architecture.

Design target architecture for PEGA applications and define technical recommendations.

Review integrations between PEGA and enterprise applications, including APIs, services and data flows.

Analyse technology and infrastructure costs and recommend changes that improve performance and cost efficiency.

Develop an implementation and transformation roadmap, prioritising improvements by technical and business impact.

Present architectural findings and recommendations, and prepare technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

Requirements

Strong commercial experience with PEGA platforms

Previous experience as a PEGA Solution Architect or Senior PEGA Architect

Experience assessing existing PEGA application architecture

Strong understanding of PEGA application design and architecture

Experience analysing business requirements

Experience reviewing enterprise application integrations

Understanding of data architecture and infrastructure dependencies

Ability to identify architectural gaps and technical risks

Experience designing target solution architecture

Experience preparing technical recommendations and transformation roadmaps

Understanding of application performance, scalability and maintainability

Ability to communicate architectural decisions to technical and business stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to work independently at senior architecture level

PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)

PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) with substantial architecture experience

Experience with PEGA Platform 8.x or newer

PEGA application modernisation and transformation

Experience conducting technical architecture assessments

Experience with PEGA Cloud

Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations

Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks

Experience in banking, insurance or financial services

Experience working on international consulting projects

Experience working with clients in the Middle East
