• Docker
• Docker Compose
• HTTPS / SSL
• Domain configuration
• Reverse proxy
• Environment variables

• Google Drive
• Google Calendar
The developer should understand:
• Google Cloud Console
• Google OAuth2

• Phone Number ID
• Access Tokens
• Webhooks
• Incoming messages
• Message templates
• Customer service messaging window
• Opt-out handling

Facebook and Instagram publishing may also require Meta API configuration and the appropriate account permissions.
SOCIAL MEDIA:
The system should support or be prepared for:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• YouTube
• TikTok
The developer must understand that each platform has different:
• APIs
• OAuth requirements
• Permissions
• App review requirements
• Publishing limitations
• Media requirements
• Rate limits
• Token expiration rules
The final implementation must follow the official platform APIs and current platform requirements.
EMAIL:
Email automation may use Gmail or another supported email provider.
Functions include:
• Automated follow-up emails
• Incoming reply detection
• Error notifications
• KPI reports
• Website alerts
The developer must prevent:
• Duplicate emails
• Follow-ups after a customer has replied
• Follow-ups after opt-out
• Incorrect recipient matching
• Endless retry loops
DATABASE / DATA STORAGE:
The system needs reliable storage for workflow states, logs, follow-ups, publishing status, and duplicate protection.
Depending on the final architecture, this may use:
• PostgreSQL
• n8n Data Tables
• Google Sheets for selected reporting/data functions
The developer should recommend the most reliable production architecture.
Important stored information may include:
• Lead status
• Follow-up status
• Contact preferences
• Opt-outs
• Message IDs
• Social publishing IDs
• Error logs
• Human approval status
• KPI data
• Idempotency keys
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
Security is important.
The developer must review:
• Webhook authentication
• API secrets
• OAuth credentials
• Environment variables
• Access tokens
• Database credentials
• Input validation
• API request validation
• Permissions
• Public endpoints
• Secret exposure
Passwords, API keys and access tokens must NOT be hard-coded directly into workflows.
RELIABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
The system must be designed to avoid:
• Duplicate WhatsApp messages
• Duplicate emails
• Duplicate social media posts
• Duplicate call tasks
• Race conditions
• Infinite loops
• Broken retry logic
• Null-item workflow failures
• Incorrect webhook processing
• Lost workflow states
• Follow-ups after customer response
• Follow-ups after opt-out
• Incorrect AI-triggered actions
ERROR HANDLING:
Every important workflow should have a defined:
• Success path
• Failure path
• Retry path
• Stop path
• Human intervention path where necessary
The system should provide centralized error reporting and enough logging to identify why a workflow failed.
TESTING:
The developer must NOT only check whether the JSON imports successfully.
Every important workflow must be tested end-to-end with real or safe test credentials.
Testing should include:
• Successful API calls
• Invalid inputs
