Join the Alliance: Your Expertise, Our Global Impact
Sport Alliance builds the technology powering fitness and wellness businesses worldwide — from management platforms and payment solutions to member-facing applications. As we scale globally, we're looking for a leader who thrives on ownership and brings expertise to complex, cross-market challenges.
As (Senior) Manager Collections (m/f/d), you own our collections function end-to-end — the complex cases, the high-priority client relationships, and the calls on write-offs and credit notes. You keep receivables healthy across markets and make sure cash flow stays strong and predictable at scale.
Your position in our team
Own complex collections cases and high-priority client relationships end-to-end
Decide on write-offs and credit notes, and monitor receivables/aging balances with a focus on high-impact accounts
Investigate and resolve payment delays and disputes together with internal teams
Analyze aging reports and payment patterns to drive DSO reduction and shape strategies for high-risk accounts
Drive improvements to collection tools and dunning processes, and deliver accurate cash collection forecasts
Act as the go-to person for key client relationships and cross-functional disputes (Finance, Sales, Account Management, Operations), and keep clean records of all activity
Your profile
4–8 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Finance operations
Fluent in German, English, and Polish
Solid understanding of dunning processes, financial risk assessment, and dispute management
Hands-on experience with collection tools and ERP systems
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing stakeholders at all levels
Your Salary
PLN 15,000–19,000 gross/month (UoP)
Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
Your benefits with us
Benefits package – private medical care and a sports card to support your health and well-being
Access to Udemy Business – boost your skills with thousands of high-quality online courses
Flexible work model – work fully remotely or combine it with on-site collaboration at our modern office in Warsaw
Flexible Working Hours – adjust your schedule to fit your lifestyle
Unique experience in the Fitness and SaaS industry – join a market-leading company in a dynamic, fast-growing industry
International team – work alongside talented colleagues from around the world in a diverse and inclusive environment
