Position Title: Senior GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Lead
Location: Fully Remote (Pakistani nationals preferred)
Contract Type: 6-Month Contract
Role Overview
Our Client is urgently seeking a Senior GRC Lead to drive governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across enterprise engagements. The ideal candidate brings deep GRC expertise, a strong implementation track record, and the ability to lead a small delivery team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end GRC framework implementation and risk assessment programmes.
Develop and maintain governance policies, risk registers, and compliance documentation.
Identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise risks across business functions.
Guide and mentor junior GRC team members throughout project delivery.
Engage with stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, and compliance requirements.
Ensure all deliverables align with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
Required Experience & Skills
5 or more years of hands-on GRC implementation and risk management experience.
Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance standards.
Relevant GRC certification is mandatory.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability.
Pakistani nationals preferred; other nationalities welcome.
