Senior Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist — Local Web Advisors

We’re looking for an experienced, proactive paid advertising specialist who can independently manage client campaigns, resolve technical issues and communicate clearly with customers.

Required experience

Demonstrated senior-level experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, with examples of results achieved.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Search, Performance Max, Display remarketing and YouTube advertising.

Proven ability to create, manage and optimise Meta campaigns.

Ability to demonstrate Meta account setup and troubleshoot Business Portfolio permissions, account connections, 2FA, pixels and conversion tracking.

Experience producing clear reports that explain performance, changes made and recommended next steps.

Confidence discussing campaign performance and technical requirements directly with clients.

Responsibilities and expectations

Own campaign setup, launches, optimisation and reporting from start to finish.

Test phone numbers, call tracking, forms, landing pages and conversion tracking before launch and verify them afterwards.

Maintain a prioritised to-do list and weekly optimisation checklist, completing tasks by agreed deadlines.

Proactively identify issues, recommend improvements and communicate blockers before deadlines are missed.

Join scheduled meetings early, prepared with account updates, completed tasks and outstanding priorities.

Provide reliable progress updates without needing repeated reminders or follow-up.
