Through our MoovAI platform, we work with structured data, information verification, database systems, web applications, and geographic visualization to make housing and development information easier to access, manage, and understand.

We are currently preparing a submission for a Canadian municipal government procurement opportunity involving Geographic Information System (GIS) consulting and technical services.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced GIS specialist or consultant with a strong background in enterprise GIS platforms, spatial data management, WebGIS development, and system integration.

The ideal candidate has worked on municipal, government, infrastructure, or enterprise GIS projects and can demonstrate relevant technical experience through completed projects and professional references.

Relevant Experience

Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, and ArcGIS Pro

WebGIS application development and GIS system integration

GIS architecture, administration, and technical consulting

Safe Software FME Form / FME Flow and spatial ETL workflows

VertiGIS / Geocortex Essentials or comparable WebGIS platforms

SQL Server, SSIS, spatial databases, and data management

Python scripting, GIS automation, and data transformation

GIS governance, spatial data quality, and metadata management

Experience across all technologies is not mandatory, but candidates should have substantial professional experience in at least one or more of these areas.

Initial Scope

We are currently assembling a technical team for a government supplier qualification submission.

The initial engagement may involve:

Reviewing the GIS scope and technical requirements.

Providing a professional résumé and relevant project experience.

Identifying GIS projects completed within the last five years.

Supporting technical qualifications and methodology responses.

Confirming availability for potential future assignments.

Any proposal preparation work will be agreed upon as a separately scoped paid engagement.

Potential Future Work

If our company is selected for the supplier roster and subsequently awarded specific assignments, opportunities may include GIS architecture, WebGIS development, system integration, spatial data management, automation, and consulting support.
