Senior Full-Stack Developer for Custom BPM System

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to develop a custom web-based Business, Project & Operations Management System for our company.
The system will be used internally by multiple departments and will include:
• Project and contract management
• Customers and suppliers management
• Procurement and purchasing workflow
• RFQ, quotations and purchase orders
• Shipment and logistics tracking
• Project costs, budgets and profitability
• Document and attachment management
• Tasks, deadlines and notifications
• Management dashboards and reports
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with different interfaces and permissions for management, purchasing, logistics and other employees
• Complete activity/audit logs
• Secure authentication and data protection
• Backup and recovery system
Preferred technology:
Node.js / TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL.
The application will be deployed on our own VPS.
This is NOT a simple website. We are looking for a developer with previous experience building ERP, CRM, project management, procurement or similar business applications.
The project will be developed in milestones. Source code, database, server and all system credentials must remain under our company's ownership and control.
Security, clean architecture, documentation and long-term maintainability are important requirements.
