Senior Full-Stack Developer for 10-Day Sprint

I need a senior full-stack engineer to join an intensive 10-day sprint to finish and launch Rally, a web-based operating system for college events and nightlife.

The product and codebase already exist. This is NOT a build from scratch. You will receive the existing repository, detailed product scope, workflows, UI mockups, and launch priorities.

The work includes completing and connecting the frontend and backend, authentication and user roles, event creation and management, organization dashboards, ticketing and QR check-in, payments, admin functionality, notifications, database integration, mobile responsiveness, bug fixing, and production deployment.

I need someone who is extremely fast, experienced working inside existing codebases, and comfortable taking ownership without constant direction.

Strong modern React/JavaScript web development experience
Strong backend/database/API experience
Experience shipping real production applications
Excellent English communication
Daily Git commits
Daily working demo/deployment
Must personally perform the work — no subcontracting

This is a deadline-driven MVP sprint. We are prioritizing a stable, working launch over unnecessary engineering perfection.

Budget: $2,500–$4,000 USD total fixed price.

There is potential for substantial continued engineering work after the sprint if the relationship is successful.
