We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing development team. We're seeking someone with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience in both frontend and backend development, including modern frameworks, APIs, and databases.
- English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English. Must be comfortable communicating with US-based teams and participating in daily meetings.
- Working Hours: Must be available during US business hours (EST, CST, or PST, depending on the project).
- Internet Connection: Reliable, high-speed internet connection suitable for video calls and remote development.
- Communication: Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Independence: Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and responsive frontend interfaces.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers on technical requirements.
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and maintain code quality.
- Deliver high-quality work on schedule.
