Your missionThe Bikeleasing Group is one of the leading companies in the field of company bike leasing. We are continuing to grow.As Senior Digital Creative & AI Champion (gn), you will raise the creative and conceptual standard of our digital communication. You will develop concepts for digital content and smaller projects, take ownership of AI in creative production and establish AI-powered video production as a new capability within the team. You will work closely with the Head of Content & Creation, the Creative and Content team, Marketing, digital channel owners and internal stakeholders. This role is primarily remote. If you combine creative quality with a solution-oriented mindset, ownership and a strong interest in emerging technologies, we look forward to hearing from you.

You develop creative and conceptual approaches for digital content and campaigns
You translate your concepts into concrete designs and create digital assets hands-on yourself
You give smaller projects a clear conceptual foundation and support them from the initial idea through to the visual execution
You establish AI-powered video production as an independent capability within the team and continue to develop it
You contribute your perspective to creative processes, standards and workflows

Your profileYou have strong creative and conceptual skills for digital formats
You have experience using AI in creative production and can assess practical use cases
You have worked with a range of digital channels and content formats
You can also execute ideas and content visually yourself and ideally have an art direction background
You work independently, take a solution-oriented approach and move topics forward in a pragmatic way
You have very good German language skills at C1 level or above
