I’m expanding our platform and want an experienced DevOps engineer (minimum five-year track record) who can take ownership of our existing toolchain and push it forward. We already run production workloads on Kubernetes and monitor them with Grafana & Loki, so you’ll be coming into a live, container-centric environment.
Your first objectives will be:
• Audit and improve our current Kubernetes configuration, then handle ongoing deployment and maintenance.
• Extend the CI/CD pipeline so every change travels from Git commit to production automatically and safely.
• Fine-tune server-level settings, set up Cloudflare for optimal security and performance, and keep our observability stack healthy.
Beyond the core DevOps duties, you’ll collaborate with the application team on:
• RAG & LLM adjustments for our AI components.
• Integration work on the LiveAvatar TTS/SST systems.
• Scripting and light application tasks in Python (most critical) and, when useful, Node.js.
I’m open to either a half-time (≈20 hrs/week) or full-time engagement. Please outline:
1. A monthly price for 50 % capacity.
2. A monthly price for 100 % capacity.
3. Availability and a brief example of a similar Kubernetes-based project you’ve stabilised or scaled.
