Your job
As a Senior Data Analyst in the Data Analytics team, you are the driving force behind transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights and ensure that stakeholders across Statista can make confident, data-driven decisions.
Plan, manage, and coordinate analytics and reporting projects, including timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables

Serve as the central point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding KPIs, performance, quality, and customer behavior

Understand stakeholder problems, hypotheses, and decision needs through discussions and workshops, and translate qualitative issues into clear analytical questions, metrics, and reporting requirements

Analyze data in depth and derive concrete, actionable recommendations that support operational efficiency and growth objectives

Advise senior stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and present results clearly, structured, and concisely for different audience groups

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and deliver the foundation for scalable, data-driven solutions

Your profile
4 years of professional experience in data analysis and/or consultancy

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently

Experience in writing SQL queries and working with databases such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

A strong analytical mindset paired with a structured, solution-oriented way of working

Familiarity with programming languages like Python is a plus
