Senior Creative & Web Designer Position (Contract)

Job Description
Breakthrough is looking for a Senior Creative & Web Designer to work on a contract basis (10-30 hours/week, with potential for full-time hire). Your primary responsibilities will include:
A zeal to live, and to share life with those around you. To better understand the human condition, it's unique struggles, and strengths. And for each individual client - an excitement to make lives better, to understand and improve others' pain points, and weaknesses, and to want to help them grow and change the world via their web, creative, and digital experiences.
Requirements:
Demonstrable (Currently Live) Web Design
Demonstrable Creative Direction (or demonstrable passion for it) - We are working with you for your expertise and would love for you to do what you do best. We will provide the content, goals, materials etc, and we would love for you to create the experience.
Mobile & Responsive Design
UI/UX Design Experience
Figma / Sketch Experience (or comparable web design tool to provide to devs for buildout)
Pluses:
Brand Design
Illustration, Icon, Vector Design
Formal education in (or love for) art or design
(Optional) Love for Colors, Typography, Patterns, Psychology
Location & Benefits:
Work from wherever you like: Position is remote (We have been remote since 2009)
Work whenever you like: BDG exists to ensure the enduring health and happiness of our teams, clients, and our families. Each team member creates their own schedule, that may evolve and adjust as life demands. As long as we have some regular, planned overlap time (maybe 1-2 hours ideally between 8-12pm EST, maybe 1-2x/week depending on project volume), work is on schedule, and clients are happy, you may work whenever you would like.
For the most part, work however you like: Make this as profitable, innovative, and enjoyable as you'd like: We will set baseline requirements for what must happen, how it must look, and function. How you meet those requirements, tools you use, how you work, how little or much you work - is totally up to you. We encourage you to make this as profitable, innovative, and enjoyable as possible for you.
Partnership / Commission / Bonus Pay - Ideally if our relationship deepens, we would like to continue to grow with you for years to come, so bonus pay, commission, and eventual partnership is the track we encourage our team to take.
