Senior Creative Producer for Personal-Brand Content

I’m looking for a senior hands-on Creative Producer / Content Strategist to build and execute a premium personal-brand content system. I already have a large Google Drive library of raw footage, consultations, testimonials, procedures and existing videos. The person must personally review and catalogue this footage, study premium reference creators I provide, reverse-engineer their B-roll, storytelling, cinematography and editing style, and turn this into a structured 30-post content plan. They should create concepts, hooks, scripts/text overlays, select exact existing clips, identify missing footage, create detailed shot lists and filming guides for a local videographer, and prepare editor-ready briefs. They should also review edits for quality. I do not want a consultant who gives me homework or a standard social-media package. I need someone who takes ownership from raw footage → content strategy → production brief → finished content. Remote engagement. Initial project followed by an ongoing retainer if successful.
