We are looking for aSenior Backend Developerwith strong expertise inPythonandPostgreSQL. The role requires familiarity withRedis,AWS,andDatadog, as well as a good understanding ofmessaging systemslike RabbitMQ. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate closely with non-technical teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate is comfortable asking questions, clarifying requirements, and working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Requirements:

5+years of experience asBackend Engineer, including working withPythonforat least 1–2 yearshands-on recently

Experience integrating AI Agents is a Strong plus

Experience withcachingsystems such asRedis

Practical knowledge of using AI in the daily development flow, with tools likeClaude Code or Codex

Strong proficiency inPostgreSQL

Be familiar withAWS

Experience using Datadog or other monitoring tools

Knowledge in RabbitMQ or Kafka, hands-on experience is a plus

Familiarity with Kubernetes

Strong English communication skills - MinimumB2level proficiency
