Senior Backend Engineer – Excellent Interview & Client-Facing Skills

We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with excellent English communication, presentation and technical interview skills for UK-based opportunities.

Previous experience at Devsinc or a similar software outsourcing / staff augmentation / proxy profiling company is a strong must.

What we're looking for
Strong Python and/or PHP
Strong PostgreSQL
Senior backend engineering experience
APIs, integrations and system design
Airflow, Snowflake or AWS are a plus

Just as importantly, you must be able to:

Perform very well in technical interviews
Explain technical concepts confidently and naturally
Communicate professionally with UK-based engineering managers and developers
Think on your feet during technical discussions
Present your experience convincingly and in detail
Speak fluent professional English — accent doesn't matter

We're particularly interested in engineers who already have experience interviewing, presenting or working directly with UK, European or US clients.

This is one of several opportunities we work on. If you're technically strong and perform well with us, there is potential for regular future opportunities, even if this particular lead doesn't progress.
