We are an established Australian construction and development company looking for an exceptional AI Systems Architect / AI Automation Engineer to design and build a complete AI-powered operating system for our business.
This is not a small one-off automation project.
Our objective is to create a team of specialised AI agents / AI employees that perform real functions across our company — working together where appropriate and integrating with our existing systems.
We want AI systems across areas including:
• Business development and lead generation
• Monitoring development applications and identifying upcoming construction opportunities
• Researching developers, companies and decision-makers
• Lead qualification and opportunity scoring
• Personalised outreach and follow-up
• Tender identification and analysis
• Estimating and document analysis
• Procurement and subcontractor comparison
• Project administration and reporting
• Contract/specification/drawing analysis
• Financial and management reporting
• Executive assistance and workflow automation
• Internal company knowledge and information retrieval
We need someone capable of taking a business problem from idea → architecture → development → integration → testing → deployment → ongoing improvement.
You should have strong hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent systems, APIs, Python/TypeScript, databases, RAG/vector databases, n8n/Make or similar automation platforms, web/data extraction, document processing and business software integrations.
We are NOT looking for someone who simply knows how to use ChatGPT or build basic no-code automations.
We want a genuine technical builder who can architect reliable, production-grade AI systems and who also understands that the objective is commercial results — increased revenue, reduced labour, better information, faster decision-making and improved business performance.
This can become a major long-term engagement. We are prepared to invest significantly in the right person/team and continue building new AI capabilities across the company.
