I have a complete employee-management platform—attendance, payroll, leave tracking—built with React, Node, and MySQL. The product is stable, documented, and already demo-ready; what I need now is expert help positioning and listing it for sale so it reaches the right small-business buyers.

Your role is to handle the entire listing process: refine the product narrative, highlight the ROI for owners who want a turnkey HR solution, advise on pricing, and publish the listing on the most suitable marketplace (Flippa, Empire Flippers, Website Broker, or any other venue you can justify). I’ll supply code access, traffic screenshots, and demo credentials; you turn that raw material into a persuasive listing and manage the early-stage buyer inquiries.

Deliverables
• Valuation rationale and suggested price range
• Keyword-optimized, benefit-driven listing copy (headline, description, feature list, screenshots)
• Marketplace submission, fully completed and live
• Brief hand-off guide so I can respond to buyer questions confidently once the listing is active
