I have built a complete, ready-to-demo app for bespoke and made-to-measure tailors. It tackles every pain point my pilot shops raised: it stores precise customer measurements to minimise refits, sends automated fitting reminders, offers real-time delivery tracking, keeps two-way chat with clients in one place, and streamlines in-house production so cutters, tailors, and couriers always know the next step. The product is stable, cloud-hosted, and already running smoothly in a small beta group.

What I need now is a results-driven professional who can take this solution to market. You will identify independent tailors and small ateliers, set up live demonstrations, handle objections, and convert interest into paid subscriptions or licence deals. Marketing assets—feature deck, explainer video, and a fully functional sandbox account—are ready for you, but I’m open to refining them based on your field feedback.

Key deliverables
• A clear go-to-market plan for the first 30 days
• Qualified lead list with contact details
• Recorded demos or meeting notes for each prospect approached
• Signed subscription or licence agreements (milestone-based payment once deals close)
• Weekly progress summary with metrics on outreach, demos, and conversions

Acceptance criteria
The project is considered successful when at least three independent tailor shops have signed up on a paid plan and the agreed-upon onboarding steps are complete.

If you already have contacts in the bespoke tailoring community or a strong background selling B2B SaaS in fashion tech, let’s talk—I’m ready to supply everything you need so we can start closing accounts right away.
