I’m building an AI Learning Platform focused on delivering high-quality educational courses. The initial catalogue will concentrate on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Ethics, and everything will be offered in a fully self-paced format so learners can progress on their own schedule.

AiLP – AI-Powered Lifelong Learning & Knowledge Platform
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack / AI Developer or small team to build AiLP, a member-centred platform for lifelong learning, knowledge creation, tutoring, collaboration and monetisation.
AiLP will allow members to learn, create, teach/share knowledge, tutor, mentor, collaborate and earn within one account. The interface adapts around the individual member and their current goals.
Core functionality includes:
AI-assisted course and content creation from text, PDF, Word, PowerPoint, audio and video
Simple drag-and-drop Creator Studio for non-technical users
AI-generated lessons, quizzes, assessments, worksheets, study guides and resources
Script-to-MP4 video generation
Script-to-MP3 audio generation
Human-like AI presenter/avatar options
AI Tutor using course/Creator knowledge
Personalised learning pathways
Tutor/mentor marketplace with booking and payments
Internal chat, file sharing and video support
Creator storefronts and knowledge marketplace
Creator earnings, sales, payouts and analytics
Community and opportunities hub
Admin, moderation, privacy and AI usage controls
AiLP covers learning from ECD through school, university, postgraduate and PhD, as well as professional development, technology, business, trades, practical skills, creative fields, hobbies and lifelong learning.
We already have a complete 32-screen visual blueprint and detailed development specification which will be supplied to shortlisted developers.
We want a clean, scalable and cost-effective build, using reliable existing APIs/services for AI, video, audio, storage, payments and communication rather than unnecessarily building everything from scratch.
Please provide your:
fixed-price estimate, timeline, proposed technology stack, relevant AI/RAG experience, comparable projects, milestone plan, estimated third-party costs and confirmation of full source-code/IP handover.
