Sehore Café Head Chef Needed

I run a busy neighbourhood café in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh and need an experienced Head Chef who can take complete ownership of the kitchen from Day 1. You will cook, plan menus, order supplies, supervise two kitchen helpers and, most importantly, apply solid waste-management practices that keep costs low and operations clean.

I’m only considering professionals with 3–5 years of hands-on restaurant or café experience. Strength in Indian or Continental dishes, bakery items or desserts would certainly help, but the core requirement is your ability to manage the entire back-of-house smoothly while delivering consistent flavour and presentation.

The position is on-site, full-time and available for immediate joining. Salary is open for discussion and will reflect your skills, track record and how quickly you can step in.
