## Scope of Work

The selected agency will be expected to:

* Review our business requirements and translate them into a clear technical implementation plan.
* Help refine product requirements, user stories, workflows, and technical specifications.

* Develop the frontend and backend of the application.
* Design and implement APIs and third-party integrations.

* Establish development, staging, and production environments.
* Implement automated testing and quality-assurance processes.
* Perform functional, integration, performance, security, and cross-device testing as appropriate.
* Configure CI/CD and deployment processes.
* Deploy the application to production.
* Implement logging, monitoring, error tracking, backups, and operational safeguards.
* Produce technical and deployment documentation.
* Provide knowledge transfer and post-launch support.
* Maintain and improve the product following the initial release if required.

## Agency Requirements

We are looking for a **seasoned software agency** that can demonstrate:
