AI Video Editor Needed — Seedance + Funny Reels+ Assistant required

I’m looking for an AI video editor who actively uses Seedance and can create funny, engaging reels/videos using AI-generated scenes.

What I need:

Total video length: ~13 minutes
Main tool: Seedance or any other AI that can add VFX to the video
Style: Funny, entertaining, fast-paced reels
Some scenes will require VFX, but I want these created using AI tools only — no manual VFX work.

Good comedic timing and understanding of short-form content is a big plus.
Budget

$200–$300 AUD for the complete project.
