Lead Generation & Appointment Setter (Security Industry)
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Specialist to help identify local residential and commercial prospects and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
Research homeowners and businesses within the assigned service area.
Generate qualified security system leads.
Contact prospects through approved outreach methods.
Qualify prospects based on interest and need.
Schedule appointments directly on the sales representative's calendar.
Maintain accurate lead and appointment records.
Weekly Performance Goals
7 Qualified Leads Per Week
3 Confirmed Appointments Per Week
A qualified lead must:
Be located within the target service area.
Be a homeowner or business decision-maker.
Have valid contact information.
Express interest in security systems, cameras, alarm monitoring, smart home security, or related services.
A confirmed appointment must:
Be scheduled with a qualified prospect.
Include complete contact information.
Be added to the provided calendar.
Be verified by the prospect prior to the appointment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous lead generation experience.
Appointment setting experience.
Professional phone communication skills.
Fluent English.
Experience in home services, security systems, alarms, or B2C/B2B sales is preferred.
