Security Footage Forensic Analysis

I’m working with a single clip from my home security camera and need a professional, court-defensible assessment of what it truly shows. The clip must be viewed frame-by-frame, with the highest priority placed on determining whether a second person is present beside my girlfriend at any point in the recording.
I’m happy for you to enhance contrast, exposure, or sharpness, but only in a way that does not invent or hallucinate new visual information. Alongside the visual work, I expect a technical explanation of the camera’s native compression, any artifacts it introduces, and how those factors affect the reliability of your conclusion. Finally, state your confidence level so I know exactly how much weight to give the findings.
Deliverables
• A clean, enhanced version of the clip (lossless or highest-quality export)
• A timestamped, frame-by-frame review document or annotated video showing points of interest
• A concise technical report covering: codec/compression characteristics, artifact limitations, and rationale behind your confidence level
• A one-sentence conclusion answering whether the footage substantiates the presence of a second person, expressed with your confidence percentage
Typical toolsets such as Amped FIVE, Phoenix, VideoCleaner, FFmpeg, DaVinci Resolve, or similar forensic-grade solutions are all acceptable, provided the chain of custody for the video remains intact.
The entire clip requires attention—no sections are to be overlooked—so please confirm you have the capability to process and analyze every frame before we begin.
