Secure SQL Data Correction

My personal SQL database contains a number of incorrect data values that need precise correction. The structure and access credentials are already in place; what I require is a careful audit of the affected tables, isolation of every faulty value, and a clean replacement that preserves referential integrity and all existing constraints.

Security is non-negotiable, so please be comfortable working over an encrypted connection or through a secure dump that I will provide. Once the edits are complete, I would like:

• a brief change log noting the table, column, original value, and new value
• a short verification script or set of queries that proves each correction is now accurate
