Secure PII Data Entry Assistant - KAST

I maintain a database that contains highly sensitive Personally Identifiable Information and I need reliable support keeping every record accurate, well-organized, and up to date. The work centers on three recurring activities: entering new data and double-checking it for errors, sorting existing entries into the correct fields or categories, and periodically cleaning the file so outdated or duplicated information is removed.

You will work mainly in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with occasional updates pushed to our CRM. A solid command of formulas, filters, conditional formatting, and data-validation rules is essential because each step must pass an internal QA check before it is considered complete.

Given the nature of PII, I require strict adherence to confidentiality practices and a sharp eye for detail. If you already follow secure workspace habits (VPN, encrypted storage, strong password hygiene), that will make onboarding smoother.

Turnaround expectations are regular but not rushed—I’d rather have flawless data than fast data. We can review workload and cadence together once we start.
