I run a fast-growing bare-knuckle fighting promotion and I’m ready to take our events to the next level with support from big-name, national sponsors in the sports and fitness space. I’m looking for an experienced freelance account executive who can open the right doors, pitch our brand confidently, and close meaningful sponsorship deals.
You’ll be focusing exclusively on national brands; local business outreach is not part of this brief. Because our audience skews heavily toward combat-sports enthusiasts, equipment manufacturers, athletic apparel companies, energy drinks, performance technology and similar sports/fitness names should be at the top of your list.
What I need from you
• A clear outreach strategy: target list, contact approach, timeline, and projected deal values.
• Compelling sponsor materials: pitch deck and one-sheets tailored to each prospect.
• Active outreach and negotiation until at least three qualified brands are in advanced discussions or a minimum of one contract is signed—whichever comes first.
• Weekly progress updates so I can track conversations in real time.
Success will be measured by tangible commitments (cash or in-kind) that directly offset event costs or elevate production value.
When you apply
Please include past work that shows you have landed national-level sponsorships for sports or entertainment properties. Numbers impress me—deal size, conversion rates, or notable brand names are all helpful. No lengthy proposals needed at this stage; results speak louder.
If you know how to combine hustle with strategic relationship building, let’s talk.
