I need an experienced Java/JSP security-minded developer to help me replace a single hyperlink on the Northern Railways site (page: https://nr.indianrailways.gov.in/view_section.jsp?lang=0&id=0,4,385). The current link points to https://rrcnr.org/ and must be updated to https://nrrcgov.org/.
At the moment I have no server access, so the first step is a brief audit of the page structure, its deployment flow (likely Apache Tomcat on a Linux host), and the exact permissions or credentials required to make the change safely. I will supply our internal security documentation; all work must respect those protocols.
Once you outline the legitimate method and confirm the level of admin or code-repository access I must secure, I’ll arrange that access. Afterward, you will implement the link swap and verify it in production.
Deliverables
• Technical report summarising page architecture, access path, and any deployment commands/scripts needed
• List of precise access rights or credentials required (SSH, Git, WAR deployment, etc.)
• Updated JSP/HTML with the new URL, committed or deployed through the approved pipeline
• Post-deployment confirmation that https://nrrcgov.org/ resolves correctly on the live page, with screenshots or a short screen-capture
Skills that matter: Java, JSP, Servlets, Apache Tomcat, Linux shell, HTML/CSS, web application security, and solid server deployment know-how.
If you can move quickly while adhering to our documented security standards, I’d like to get started right away.
